Machine Operator

Job Title:

Machine Operator Job Description Candidates will be operating production equipment within the plant, ensuring the smooth operation of production lines. Bilingual preferred, not required. Will be working rotating 2, 2, 3 shift -- every other weekend required! Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment to keep production lines running efficiently. Perform basic troubleshooting and changeovers on production machinery. Clean and sanitize production lines before and after use. Load and unload products as needed. Set up all production machinery and equipment. Inspect parts visually and use measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings, documenting results as required. Perform re-inspections and re-work if necessary. Maintain machinery, including cleaning and making necessary adjustments. Ensure food safety and quality of the product produced or packaged daily. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation, including production lines and machine setup. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and changeovers. Knowledge of packaging lines and machinery such as blending, capsule, packaging, and labeling machines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
