Machine Operator

Job Title:

Machine Operator Job Description The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment within the plant, ensuring the smooth running of production lines through basic troubleshooting, changeovers, and cleaning/ sanitizing lines before and after use.

Schedule & Pay Pay:

$16-$18/hr

Shift:

1st Shift (6:45AM-5:15PM) (2,2,3 schedule) Responsibilities Keep production lines running efficiently. Perform basic troubleshooting and changeovers on production equipment. Clean and sanitize production lines before and after operations. Load and unload products efficiently. Set up all production machinery and equipment. Inspect parts visually and use measuring tools to ensure compliance to specifications and drawings. Document inspection results as required. Perform re-inspections and re-work if needed. Maintain machinery, including cleaning and making necessary adjustments. Ensure food safety and quality of the product produced or packaged daily. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation and production line management. Ability to set up production machinery. Competence in using measuring tools for part inspection. Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with blending machines, capsule machines, packaging machines, and labeling machines.
