We are open Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 4:40pm Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Batch Maker to join our manufacturing team. We are willing to train the right candidate. In this role, you will support the preparation and mixing of cosmetic formulations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. Duties Assist in measuring, weighing, and combining raw materials according to batch formulas and production schedules Operate manufacturing equipment such as mixers, blenders, and filling equipment machining tools safely and efficiently Support the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of production machinery in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Handle materials and packaging supplies within the warehouse or production area, ensuring proper storage and inventory control Use forklift trucks for materials handling when necessary, following all safety protocols Maintain accurate documentation of batch records and production logs Skills Experience (will train for the right candidate) in production processes, batch making, or manufacturing environments Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Familiarity with measuring tools and mixing equipment is an advantage Expected hours: 38.0 per week
