Head of Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Directly supervise and coordinate machine operators engaged in the production of ammunition primers and hunting cartridges. Plan daily work assignments to meet production goals. Oversee machine setup, operation, and use of raw materials to ensure correct product composition. Monitor production processes and machine performance to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. Inspect materials and finished products, address defects and machine-related issues, and provide guidance to ensure safe operation and continuous workflow.

Required:

2 years of experience in the job or as a Machine Operator in the ammunition manufacturer industry is required. 40 hrs/week.
