Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of materials. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets our rigorous quality standards, contributing to the creation of visually stunning and durable finished goods. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery in a fast-paced environment, where precision and craftsmanship are highly valued. Our embroidery shop is in a fully air-conditioned indoor setting. Full time employees will work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute paid lunch break. After a 90-day probationary period, employees are eligible for 7 paid holiday days annually. We are looking for experienced operators, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper calibration and thread tension for each project Select appropriate threads and materials based on project requirements and quality standards Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished products for embroidery defects, ensuring adherence to dimensional measurements and quality standards in production Handle materials carefully, including fabric handling and manual fabric cutting when necessary, to ensure precise placement of designs Qualifications Experience operating industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting. We operate using multi-head Tajima machines. Familiarity with measuring instruments and dimensional measurements to verify product accuracy Ability to follow safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe workspace for all team members Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control in embroidery work Basic skills in manual cutting (fabric cutting) and sewing are advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to develop your skills with state-of-the-art machinery, and committed to producing exceptional embroidered products.
