As the Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products. This Machine Operator position will report directly to the Production Supervisor and will be a member of the Metrie Manufacturing team. The role will be based in our Orlando facility. At a high-level, you will: Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer Support plant continuous improvement initiatives Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec) Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations
