In this role, you will operate packaging equipment, prepare finished products for shipment, and help ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging machinery and production equipment Package, label, seal, and prepare finished products according to specifications Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and defects Load packaging materials and supplies into equipment as needed Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Maintain accurate production and packaging records Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures, GMPs, and quality standards Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor Work with production and warehouse team members to meet daily production goals Perform other production or packaging duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operator experience is preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic mechanical skills are a plus Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with a manufacturing and packaging environment

Pay:

$23.30 - $28.10 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
