Plant City, FL Hourly Rate:

$20.75 per hour

Schedule:

Morning Shift (starting at 6:00 AM) |

Fast-Paced Overtime:

Mandatory OT depending on workload (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate large machinery, including Brake Press, Roll Forming, Forming, Mechanical Shear, Horizontal Saw, and Tube Cut Saw. Read and interpret work instructions and prints. Utilize a tape measure accurately. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience operating and setting up large machinery. Ability to read a tape measure and work instructions. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Interview Process:

Candidates will be required to complete a tape measurement test during the interview. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): New hires must purchase and bring metatarsal guards and steel/composite toe boots made of leather (no "Hey Dude" style material) that cover the ankles to the orientation.
