We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and is committed to helping us deliver quality results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscaping/construction equipment. Safely operate dump trucks and dump trailers. Load, haul, and unload materials including mulch, dirt, rock, debris, and equipment. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Assist with land clearing, grading, landscaping installations, and site preparation. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites. Assist crews with labor tasks when equipment is not in operation.
Qualifications:
Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks. Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus but not required). Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:

6:30 AM - 5:30
