Hills is currently hiring a machine operator with mechanical experience to train and operate fiber extrusion production machines to produce fiber filaments. Applicants must be able to follow procedures, detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and lift 30 lbs. These shifts are 12 hour shifts (either 7a-7p or 7p-7a). The position works on a 2-2-3 work schedule. This position qualifies for benefits and bonuses as well as shift differential for 2nd shift. Pay increases are expected as training progresses.
