ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock and maintain tortilla food area Handles, stores and rotates food items properly. Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, Responsible for hand wrapping and packaging of quality corn or flour tortillas. Check the appearance and quality of tortillas. Check bags to make sure the proper packaging is being used. Inspect tortillas to make sure they are free of foreign materials or contamination.
