Job Description
Machine Operator - 3rd Shift | $17+/HR | Winter Haven GL Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Winter Haven, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity on 3rd shift.
Schedule:
11:00 PM - 7:00AM Hours:
Approximately 40-45 hours/weekPay:
Starting at $17/hr+Location:
Winter Haven, FL Job Duties:
Operate and monitor production/manufacturing equipment Keep machines supplied with materials and assist with production flow Perform basic quality inspections and identify defective products Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and minor adjustments as trained Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety, PPE, and production procedures Assist with other production/warehouse duties as neededRequirements:
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred Basic English communication skills Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around production machinery Dependable with strong attendance Comfortable performing repetitive work and standing throughout the shift Benefits of thePosition:
