Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dosing Operator to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with measurements, weights, and scales to ensure the correct quantities of ingredients are prepared according to production requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to production formulas and specifications Use scales and measuring equipment to determine the correct quantities Follow recipes, formulas, and production instructions carefully Ensure ingredients are prepared and dosed accurately for manufacturing Double-check weights and quantities before ingredients are added to production Maintain accurate records of measurements and materials used Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Communicate with the production team regarding ingredient quantities and production needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, batching, dosing, or a similar role is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Must be comfortable working with numbers, measurements, weights, and quantities Ability to read and understand measurements and production instructions Experience using scales to accurately measure ingredients Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow formulas and procedures consistently Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable and punctual If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with weights and measurements, and understand the importance of accuracy in food production, we encourage you to apply!
Pay:
$16.00 - $16.01 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
