Job Description
HIRING operators full time and part time 2nd and 3rd shift $19-$20/hour Job Description You will load and unload machines, handle materials, and use hand and power tools while working safely. The position offers structured training, cross-training across multiple areas, and a clear pathway for advancement into higher-level machine operator roles. Responsibilities Load and unload machines with raw materials and finished products in a safe and efficient manner. Handle materials throughout the production process, including using overhead cranes, forklifts, and CombiLift equipment to move products. Monitor machines during operation to ensure products move correctly through each stage of the process and meet quality expectations. Use hand and power tools to support production, maintenance, and general shop activities as required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carpentersville, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
