We are hiring a dedicated Packaging Technician I for a full-time, 6-month contract opportunity in Athens, GA with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance. Work the second shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) in a state-of-the-art facility where your attention to safety, quality, and precision directly impacts patients' lives.
location:
Athens, Georgia job type: Contract work hours: 11 to 7 education: High School responsibilities: Operate and assist with setting up packaging equipment in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete required batch documentation and record data, including downtime and standard production yields. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper satellite waste storage bin management. Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance in compliance with established SOPs. Communicate process and equipment needs effectively while supporting teammates in adhering to safety and quality policies.
qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing production experience in a pharmaceutical setting. Hands-on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience.
