Job Summary Seeking a dependable Packaging Operator to support packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or packaging experience, be comfortable operating and assisting with packaging equipment, and have strong attention to detail and safety. Key Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist with packaging equipment setup and changeovers. Monitor equipment and communicate process or equipment issues. Complete required production and packaging documentation. Perform data entry related to product packaging, downtime, and production yields. Maintain waste materials in designated satellite storage bins. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Support teammates in maintaining compliance with established procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform routine equipment and facility maintenance as required by SOPs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or packaging experience required. Experience operating or assisting with production/packaging equipment preferred. Basic computer/data-entry skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written procedures and production documentation. Good communication and teamwork skills. Dependable and safety-conscious.
