Perform equipment setup, clean-ups, packaging, filling, labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by maintaining cleanliness of production areas.

Inspect incoming materials and finished goods, report non-conformances, and make minor corrections as needed.

Operate multiple machines including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment.

Conduct line inspections and perform quality checks, completing all required documentation accurately.

Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.

Monitor computer terminals and client screens efficiently.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Prior experience as a Production Operator.

Good math and communication skills.

Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Valid forklift license with the ability to operate safely and efficiently.

Ability to work a 10½ hour shift with overtime, including unpaid lunch.

Preferences

Experience with operator control panels and automated casing equipment.

Mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown.

Ability to identify line problems and employ corrective actions.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
