Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including forklifts and power tools, adhering to all safety protocols. Interpret production documents, and work instructions to assemble components accurately. Use measuring instruments and mechanical knowledge to verify product specifications and quality standards. Conduct manual handling tasks and heavy lifting as required to move materials and finished products throughout the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production. Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to optimize workflow. Support team members on the assembly line, managing production tasks while adhering to lean manufacturing principles. Skills Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards. Ability to interpret production documents, and assembly instructions accurately. Mechanical assembly skills combined with technical proficiency in using various tools and equipment. Experience with warehouse operations, manual handling, heavy lifting, and managing inventory movements. Strong adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous safety protocol adherence.
