Tufting Machine Operator Shift:

3rd Shift

• Sunday
• Thursday Nights from 11:00 PM

Essential Duties The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to: How to start-up a machine How to run a machine How to measure pattern length under 40" How to inspect the quality of the carpet How to perform procedure for starting a new manufacturing order How to doff a roll How to perform housekeeping responsibilities Review all other work instructions associated with job

Note:

Required to do any other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Job Qualifications andRequirements Education Must be able to read, write and possess basic math skills. Skills Must be a certified Mender Experience Must have prior mending experience Responsibility Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and housekeeping. Training

• Required to complete at least one week of training to operate a loop machine.
• One additional week of training will be required for each of the other machine types.
• Cut Pile
• Graphics (Cut Pile & Loop Pile)
• Enhanced Graphics
• All training must be under supervision of qualified associate.
