Summary:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator. This position involves operating various machines including CNC machines, folder machines, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up machinery for operation according to job order specifications. Load raw materials into machines. Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning. Conduct quality checks of produced parts to ensure adherence to tolerances. Make adjustments to machine settings to control speed, material feed, and cut path. Troubleshoot machine errors and perform basic maintenance tasks. Clean machines and work area regularly. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Basic understanding of machine operations and mechanics. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
