Hours:

A & C Shifts:

8:00 am to 8:00 pm

B & D Shifts:

8:00 pm to 8:00 am Swing shifts working 36 hours one week, then 48 hours the following week; day shift pays $15 per hour, night shift pays $15.50 per hour. Spanish encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate extrusion line equipment according to safety and production requirements Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, speeds, and material flow; adjust settings as needed Load raw materials and verify correct material/lot information Perform quality checks throughout the shift (measurements, appearance, specifications) and document results Assist with start-ups, shutdowns, product changeovers, and line cleanings Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance/lead as needed Maintain accurate production paperwork and reports Follow all PPE, safety policies, and housekeeping/5S standards

Requirements:

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (extrusion experience is a plus) Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and work independently Basic math and attention to detail for measurements and documentation Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift in a production environment Strong attendance and reliability for 12-hour shifts Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting May involve heat, noise, and working near moving machinery (PPE required) #QSI
