You will execute ingredient receiving, staging, and batching to support production schedules while ensuring full compliance with food quality standards, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Production Support & Batching:

Prepare, measure, and distribute ingredients according to production orders and recipe specifications, excluding bulk items.

Inventory Control:

Perform cycle counts, end-of-run counts, track ingredient receipts, and maintain strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.

System Data Entry:

Verify and enter ingredient receipts, stock movements, and purchase orders into SAP.

Quality & Food Safety:

Maintain food safety management standards (GMPs, SQF, Organic, GFCO), report ingredient shortages, and collaborate with Quality teams on material issues.

Material Handling & Equipment:

Safely operate a forklift to stage ingredients and ensure all equipment is sanitized prior to use.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 4:00

PM Skills:

1-2 years of experience in a food/beverage mixing, batching, or processing environment. ... Direct experience entering data and tracking inventory within SAP. Prior familiarity with specialized food standards such as SQF, Organic, or GFCO. Active forklift operator certification.
