This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates who enjoy working with custom, made-to-order metal products in a fast-paced production environment. If you have CNC brake experience, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As a CNC Brake Operator, you will: Set up and operate CNC press brakes and metal fabrication equipment Bend and form sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot equipment, production, and material issues as needed Complete routine machine maintenance and equipment checks Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are met Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace Support other production departments when needed Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous CNC machine operation experience required CNC brake or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic math and measurement skills Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Why Work With Diverse Staffing?
