Key Responsibilities Include:

Monitoring production equipment and manufacturing processesPerforming quality inspections and testing of raw materials and finished productsAssisting with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairsConducting routine inspections and operational rounds throughout the facilityInstalling and maintaining paper machine clothingSupporting housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplaceIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvementFollowing all safety, environmental, and operational proceduresPhysical & Work Environment ExpectationsThis is an active, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be able to:

Lift and carry 50+ poundsClimb stairs and ladders safelyRemain on their feet for extended periodsMove quickly and respond effectively in a dynamic production settingWork in hot industrial environmentsMaintain awareness of equipment, surroundings, and potential hazardsWork a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
