TEMP TO HIRE POSITION

with 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. The compensation for this role is $19.50 per hour. HMI Experience and demonstrating proficiency in using a dashboard or screen for machinery control a major plus!

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts Two weeks working 7 am - 7 pm Two weeks working 7 pm - 7 am Shifts involve working 3 days in the 1st week and 4 days in the 2nd week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute Product Changes in the Spinning Area Remove and install spin packs Operate Spinnerette Burnout Ovens, Rinse Tanks, and Ultrasonic Cleaners Repack and place Spinpacks in the preheat oven Operate extruders, including start-up and shut-down procedures Operate CIM system Move cans into the creel area with Lift Truck Set conditions for new products during Product Change Line Implement Crimp/Melt Flow/Finish and Denier control strategy for Process Line Operate Balers and Waste Balers Perform Line operations Clean Cutter Wheel, install Cutter Blades, and insert Cutter Wheel into Cutter Cleaning Balers Operate the Bale Labeling System If you possess a solid background in machine operation with HMI experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
