Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Paint Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with general labor tasks, has strong measurement skills, and can operate an overhead crane in a physically demanding shop environment. Responsibilities Assist with preparing, masking, and staging parts for painting Perform general labor duties to support the paint department Accurately measure materials using a tape measure as needed Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop safety standards Qualifications Willingness and ability to perform general labor tasks Proficient in using a tape measure Certified or experienced in operating overhead cranes (or willing to be trained/certified) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods Comfortable working around paint materials and fumes

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
