We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pallet Builder and/or Organizer to join our Clients team in Duluth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various manufacturing processes. This role involves working with a variety of tools and materials to construct, assemble, and fabricate products according to specifications. The pallet Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining safety protocols. Responsibilities Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate power tools, hand tools effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required for various building tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse or manufacturing facility. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing environments is preferred. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work shifts. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience with warehouse operations is an advantage.
