Shift Assembly Worker Pay & Schedule:

Starting pay: $19.20/hour 1st

Shift :

5:55am

• 2:25pm + overtime and

MANDATORY

weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as needed Holiday and double-time pay available

Shift Information:

Training will take place on 1st shift for approximately 3-4 weeks . After training is completed, the position will transfer to 2nd shift , with a schedule of 2:25 PM

• 10:55 PM .

While working 2nd shift, employees will receive a 2nd shift pay rate of $20.70/hour . At the end of the year or in early 2027 , the position is expected to transfer back to 1st shift permanently . Flexibility with both training and scheduled shifts is required. 1st

Month Assembly Worker Job Duties:

The position will involve assembling automotive parts, including transmissions, torque rods, axles, and other components used for various vehicles and machinery.

Responsibilities include:

Assemble production parts at designated workstations while following standard procedures and work instructions. Operate assembly stations and material-handling equipment, such as overhead cranes and lift assists, safely. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately and safely. Read and follow blueprints and product drawings to verify dimensions and tolerances. Inspect completed parts to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while meeting production and quality requirements.
