•Get paid to recruit a Ninja/ Medical Insurance with HSA/ Dental/ Vision/ Life Insurance/ Short and Long Term Disability/ 4001K/ Paid Holidays/ Critical Illness/ Accident Insurance/ EAP Duties Operate rotational molding machine to meet or exceed plant metrics Detects and repots defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supevisor Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts Performs but not limited to the following tasks: material filling, deburring, molding, al bench operations, and inspection of product Safely works at a pace that meets company expectations parts, per hour or minutes per part as quoted to customer Accepts and receives frequent supervision and assistance regarding machine set-up Experience 1 year experience in injection, extrusion or compression molding, Able to work independently, be a self starter, and meet deadlines High attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions Able to detect and communicated molding defects efficiently and effectively Able to work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated Shows morale courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings Able to perform simple math and measurements Able to create and maintain accurate production records Able to meet daily production expectations Able to effectively communicate critical information and production needs to supervision and co-workers Join us as a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to manufacturing excellence!
