Job Description:
Organizational Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Loonie Supervisor Positions needed - 2
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Ability to read measurements and specifications
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move materials
  • Teamwork and communication skills
Description of Duties:
  • Operate edgebanding machinery safely and efficiently
  • Feed panels or cabinet parts into the machine
  • Ensure proper edge banding application and adhesion
  • Inspect finished parts for quality defects or alignment issues
  • Adjust machine settings for size, thickness, or material changes
  • Monitor glue application and trimming functions
  • Remove defective materials from production
  • Maintain production flow and meet daily goals
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
