Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various machinery and manufacturing processes, including the ability to operate multiple machines. 1st shift: 6:45am

00 shift differential) This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards are met. Duties Regularly reviews the load and speed of the machine. Reviews actual output to ensure there are no deformities or discrepancies in the output, such as incorrect or broken strands, incorrect alignment, flakes, etc. Measures actual output for width variance, thickness variance and other non-conforming discrepancies. Works in partnership with quality assurance inspectors to review output. Completes control and non-conforming reports daily. Reports any machine malfunctions to supervisor immediately. Experience Previous experience of at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
