Position Description:

Key Responsibilities Production & Machine Operation:

Set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot production machines, ensuring they run efficiently.

Quality Control:

Inspect products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet specifications.

Documentation:

Accurately record production data, including material types, quantities, temperatures, and speeds.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance, such as lubricating machines.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing proper PPE and following gowning procedures.

Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role is often required or preferred.

Skills:

Ability to read, write, and understand English, basic computer skills for data entry, and strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching. Common Working Conditions Work is conducted in a manufacturing environment, sometimes requiring sterile or controlled environments (gowning)
