Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking Chemical Compounders to hire at a warehouse located in Marietta! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.

Pay Rate :

$18.50/hour Requirements for

Chemical Compounders:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: Must have at least one year of chemical compounding experience. Forklift experience is a plus. Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials. Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities of Chemical Compounders:

Maintain water systems for the EPA. Follow recipe. Follow OSHA and company policies regarding hazardous materials. Work with ISO certify companies. Follow EPA standards on hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Submit samples to OC for approval or adjusting batch. Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) for all materials used. Work in pre-weigh department, weigh chemicals, colors, and active ingredients. Work in masks and suits with a strong emphasis on sanitation and cleanliness. Measure, pre-weigh, blend, and compound raw materials to create chemical compounds. Submit in-process and finished product samples with proper documentation to QA for testing. Fix incorrect prepare batches by following formulas/written procedures and using math skills to problem-solve formulas. Operate mix tanks, drum mixers, and used various types of solvents, chemicals, and raw materials for glue formulation. Use automation to operate valves, pumps, and mixers to monitor the chillers and the condition of the materials. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

1st Shift Available! 1st: Monday-Friday - 6:00AM-2:30
