We are a growing finishing company seeking an experienced Moll Folder Gluer Operator for a working supervisor role on our first shift . The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, production experience, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and operate a Moll Folder Gluer machine at required production speeds Monitor quality, output, and productivity Troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain machine performance Request maintenance when necessary Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met Maintain accurate production counts and paperwork Understand and follow job specs and custom requirements

Requirements:

5+ years experience operating Folder Gluer machines ( Moll preferred ) High School Diploma or GED Experience in the printing or finishing industry Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable with perfect attendance Willing to work overtime as required
