  • 60,000 + Bonuses + Per Diem Travel the Country & Build Baseball Facilities Better Baseball is hiring Field Installation Technicians to travel nationwide and install professional baseball netting systems, turf, and training facilities.
This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role working with tools, equipment, and a team to build high-quality projects across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Travel Monday-Friday to job sites across the U.S. Install netting systems, turf, and facility components Operate tools and equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.) Follow project plans, safety guidelines, and crew direction Work indoors and outdoors in various environments Schedule & Travel Travel required: Up to 50 weeks per year Home most weekends 8-12 hour workdays typical Occasional weekend work as needed Pay & Benefits $50,000
  • 60,000 base salary (based on experience) $60,000
  • 75,000+ total earnings potential (bonuses + per diem) Per diem: $55/day overnight travel | $20/day local All travel covered: flights, hotels, rental vehicles Health, dental, vision insurance (after 60 days) 401(k), PTO, paid training, advancement opportunities Requirements Experience with hand tools and/or construction work preferred Willingness to travel extensively Ability to perform physical work and work at heights Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
