Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator I (US) to join their team. As a Machine Operator I (US), you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Inspect workpieces for defects and measure workpieces to ensure accuracy using measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and plan operational sequences. Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, and drills to produce metallic and plastic workpieces. Perform minor maintenance tasks like oiling, cleaning, and replacing worn machine accessories. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of related experience preferred. Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. What's in it for me?
