$ 19.00 Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses The Machine operator is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. This role involves manual labor, assisting skilled workers, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of physical labor tasks such as packaging, stacking, lifting, and moving materials Assist with site preparation, daily production tasks Follow instructions from supervisors/line lead and work effectively as part of a team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Support other departments or projects as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow directions and work independently or in a team environment Strong work ethic and reliability Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in various environmental conditions This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
