We are immediately hiring skilled machine operators / production setup technicians to run and maintain high-speed manufacturing lines. This essential role focuses on efficient changeovers, precise setup, and quality production. If you value stability, complexity, and reliable weekly pay, this opportunity is for you.

Your responsibilities
  • Machine setup: efficiently execute setups and tooling changeovers on production machines (e.g., stamping, assembly, injection molding, etc.) according to job specifications and procedural guidelines
  • Operation and monitoring: competently operate production machinery, feeding materials and monitoring machine cycles, speeds, and temperatures to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting:
    diagnose and resolve basic machine faults, jams, or process deviations during the production run to minimize downtime
  • Quality control: perform routine in-process inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to ensure all components meet established quality standards and tolerances
  • Maintenance support: conduct basic preventative maintenance and machine cleaning to keep equipment running smoothly throughout the shift.

MANDATORY DRESS CODE
o Steel-toed, slip-resistant shoes or boots. o Navy blue/black plain Randstad t-shirt. MUST be PLAIN and TUCKED in at all times. o Khaki (tan/beige) pants. Tan/light brown color pants only. o Badge must be worn at all times.
