Contract to Perm Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining shrink wrap machinery used in packaging products efficiently and safely. Your expertise will ensure that products are securely wrapped, meet quality standards, and are prepared for shipment. Responsibilities Operate shrink wrap machines and related packaging equipment to ensure consistent product wrapping Monitor machine operation continuously, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly using hand tools and industrial troubleshooting techniques Handle materials safely using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products, ensuring proper handling Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards in production Document operational activities accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns Requirements Proven experience operating packaging machines, particularly shrink wrap systems, in a manufacturing or food production environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and quality checks Understanding of safety standards including

GMP, CGMP

(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and proper PPE use Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently Warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is essential Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards #leadership123
