Job Description
Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Kason Industries in Newnan, GA. As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality components for commercial refrigeration systems by operating various machinery, including die-cast, polishing, panel fastening, press, and assembly equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
First Shift | Pay of $18.50 Second Shift | Pay of $19.50 Perfect attendance bonus, additional $1 per regular hour paid weekly First Shift Hours | 5:00 AM- 5:00 PM OR 6:00 AM
- 4:30 PM Second Shift Hours | 5:00 PM
- 5:00 AM Monday
- Friday with occasional Saturdays Temp-to-hire opportunity
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in machine operation, die casting, polishing, stamping, or assembly Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting or maintenance Comfortable working in hot, loud, industrial environments Steady and verifiable work history (job longevity is highly valued) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to safety, quality, and detail What You'll Do as aMachine Operator:
Operate die-cast, power press, polishing, panel fastening, or assembly machines based on department needs Conduct daily safety checks and maintain proper setup of machines (lubrication, alignment, settings) Grind, deburr, polish, or trim parts as required Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracy Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production schedules Maintain an organized and clean workstation Complete daily production and maintenance logs Work collaboratively to meet or exceed daily production goals MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
