Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Technical training or coursework in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance fields is a plus Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications Experience Requirements 3+ years of machine operation, mechanical, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial equipment experience Experience working with mechanical systems such as motors, pumps, valves, conveyors, or process equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience operating large production equipment preferred Preferred Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly Experience with extrusion equipment is a plus Electrical troubleshooting knowledge is beneficial Self-motivated and adaptable in a changing production environment Good math skills and ability to perform basic calculations Experience using hand tools and industrial equipment Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift Frequently bend, reach, squat, climb stairs, and access elevated catwalks Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work around high noise levels, hot equipment, and varying temperatures Ability to operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts after training Job Duties Set up, modify, and tear down production equipment to meet product testing requirements Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues Make mechanical adjustments to achieve required product specifications Conduct equipment inspections and support process improvements Safely operate large-scale manufacturing machinery Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support pilot plant operations Maintain accurate records and follow safety and quality procedures Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
