High school diploma or equivalent 3-8 years of relevant machine operation experience or equivalent experience Ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, and valves Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Good math skills with the ability to perform simple calculations when provided the necessary inputs Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a high-performance team Ability to adapt to frequent changes Good communication, listening, and leadership skills What You'll Do as a
