Your responsibilities include loading and unloading metal workpieces, following detailed blueprints and process instructions, monitoring machining cycles, conducting in-process inspections, and maintaining accurate records. You will also communicate any tooling or machine concerns to technicians and assist with changeovers and setup.

Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM Key Responsibilities Operate gear manufacturing machinery and processes Load, position, and unload metal workpieces according to specifications Follow machine setups, blueprints, and process instructions Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools Monitor tooling and machine conditions, recognizing abnormalities Assist with changeovers and machine setup Maintain accurate production and inspection records Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Key Requirements Previous precision machining experience strongly preferred Gear manufacturing experience highly desirable Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measurement equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to produce high-quality work while meeting production goals Understanding of gear manufacturing, hobbing, shaping, grinding, or CNC machining is a plus Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
