On-site (Not Remote) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Position Summary The Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce quality parts in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, set up, and operate laser cutting machines Program and optimize laser cutting processes Select and adjust materials as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications and Skills Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to read and follow work instructions Knowledge of manufacturing and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills 1st Shift Available - Hablamos Español Apply today to join our team and grow your career in manufacturing!
