What You'll do This role will be trained on one or more machines and is responsible for meeting production and quality standards, inspecting parts for conformance to specifications, and maintaining accurate operational documentation. Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety policies Set up, start, and stop assigned machine(s) following proper procedures (including lock-out/tag-out) Observe continuous machine operation to ensure products meet specifications; detect and report jams, malfunctions, or defects to the Team Lead Inspect parts/work pieces for proper dimensions and visual defects using gauges, templates, or other tools as required Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues; make adjustments as needed Accurately complete required documentation, checklists, and paperwork for each operation Monitor and maintain inventory of materials, tooling, and finished product for assigned station Ensure a clean, effective workstation hand-off from shift to shift Follow directions and work well as part of a team Maintain a thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, assigned production equipment Maintain a clean work environment per company procedures Use hand tools as necessary Other duties as assigned What Makes You Successful You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy hands-on, active work. What You'll Bring High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Prior work experience in a warehouse setting Prior operation of manufacturing equipment/machinery Regular attendance and punctuality Ability to read, write, and interpret English paperwork and work instructions without assistance Ability to follow rules and established procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, repetitive bending and reaching, and safely operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
