Production Set up equipment and prepare raw materials for production Operate and monitor production equipment Process product solutions into bottles Clean and sterilize production equipment, including manual cleaning Perform routine maintenance on production equipment Monitor inventory of raw materials and spare parts Maintain accurate daily production reports Troubleshoot equipment issues under supervisor direction Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Bottling & Packaging Oversee production of the finished product, including filling and packing Set up filling and packaging equipment Prepare materials needed for production Clean and sterilize equipment Inspect finished products on the assembly line Perform routine maintenance on filling and packing equipment Monitor inventory of packaging materials and spare parts Maintain accurate daily production reports Troubleshoot equipment issues under supervisor direction Bottle Making Operate and monitor bottle production equipment Set up equipment and prepare resin for production Maintain and sanitize molding equipment Monitor inventory of resin and machine spare parts Maintain accurate daily production reports Troubleshoot equipment issues under supervisor direction Food Safety & Quality Food safety is an important part of every Machine Operator's role. You'll be responsible for: Following established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety procedures Following HACCP, SOP, and OSHA guidelines Maintaining clear, accurate, and legible production records Reporting any potential product contamination to your supervisor Participating in required food safety training Monitoring Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls when applicable Reporting food safety deviations to management Supporting corrective action plans and food safety initiatives Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

Machine operating experience in the manufacturing environment. Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is highly preferred. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Pasteurizers Blending machines Filling machines Packing or packaging machines Casing machines Labeling machines Mixers Plastic injection molding machines Food processing equipment Beverage manufacturing equipment Other requirements: Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organization Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing production needs Strong commitment to safety and quality Knowledge of food technology/science, HACCP, and GMP Ready to Join Yakult USA?
