Overview We are currently hiring 3-4 temporary Delivery Crew members to join our event team for the month of October, with the potential to stay on based on performance and company needs. This role involves supporting various aspects of event setup, operation, and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution of rental equipment at different events. Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Deliver, set up, break down, and pick up event rentals including inflatables, tents, carnival rides, and other equipment. Attend events to operate inflatables and carnival rides as needed, ensuring safety and proper functioning. Load and unload equipment throughout each shift efficiently and safely. Clean equipment after every event and before it is prepared for the next use to maintain quality standards. Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure all equipment is stored properly and inventory is up-to-date. Experience Previous experience in event setup or equipment delivery is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks required for loading, unloading, and setup activities. Strong attention to detail for cleaning and organizing equipment. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely deliveries and event participation. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset to support a collaborative work environment during busy event days.

Full availability, 7 days a week — especially Thursday through Monday Early mornings and late nights required No set schedule — days and hours change week to week 100% outdoor work, in all weather Able to lift 75 lbs or more, repeatedly Quick learner — you'll pick up new equipment and setups fast Comfortable with cleaning and organizing duties — equipment care and warehouse/field organization are a real part of this job, not an afterthought Live within 10 miles from Woodstock Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Reliable transportation + valid ID (this is a W-2 hire)
