Responsibilities include:

Operating manual and CNC OD grinding machines Performing OD, ID, cylindrical, centerless, and surface grinding operations Reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions Using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, air gauges, profilometers, and laser micrometers Making minor machine adjustments and offset corrections Performing basic machine setups and preventative maintenance Inspecting parts to ensure quality and tight tolerance requirements are met Completing inspection and production documentation Maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment What We're Looking For Required ✔ Experience in one or more of the following: OD Grinding ID Grinding Surface Grinding Centerless Grinding Cylindrical Grinding Manual Grinding Operations ✔ Ability to use precision measuring tools ✔ Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing specifications ✔ Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred ⭐ Cylindrical grinding experience ⭐ CNC grinding experience ⭐ GD&T knowledge ⭐ Experience working with tight-tolerance machined parts We Want to Hear From You If You've Worked As a: OD Grinder ID Grinder Grinder Operator Cylindrical Grinder Centerless Grinder Surface Grinder CNC Machinist Manual Machinist Precision Machining Technician Don't Meet Every Requirement? 20/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
