Wellsville, PA Summary:

Seeking a Press Operator with 3+ years of machine or extrusion manufacturing experience to operate and adjust press equipment, ensure product quality, support changeovers, and maintain safe operations.

Shift:

1st-7am to 7pm & 3rd 7pm to 7am.

Pay :

$20.50/hour

Responsibilities:

Set and adjust press settings (billet length, furnace temperature, ram speed, puller program). Monitor product quality and make process adjustments as needed. Assist with setups, die changes, and changeovers. Perform basic equipment inspections and preventive maintenance. Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean work area. Follow all safety procedures.

Requirements:

3+ years of press, machine operation, or extrusion manufacturing experience. Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts. Basic math and communication skills. Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and manuals.
