1000 Flag Road, Adair, Iowa Hourly

- Thursday (7:00 AM

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Following quality directions from Line Leader or Production Supervisor Run a variety of power and hand tools (electric and pneumatic) Glue parts for subassemblies or final product Use appropriate jigs and fixtures to bend and assemble parts Package finished products according to guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of production records and part counts Rotate between work areas and support other departments as needed Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What You'll Need We're seeking team members who are dependable, detail-focused, and ready to contribute to a quality-driven environment. High School diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills (writtenverbal) Attention to detail Basic Math skills Ability to operate and care for basic equipment Commitment to workplace safety Manufacturing and Mechanical experience preferred Strong problem-solving mindset preferred Organizational skills preferredAdditional Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available). Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Work Environment/ Physical Requirements Regular exposure to fumesmoderate-loud noise levels Occasionally near moving equipment and mechanical parts Regular standing, waling, bending, reaching Regularly handle multiple tools (electric, hand and pneumatic) Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds Regularly required to communicate both verbally and written We appreciate all applicants; however, only the most qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
